The WPEP System Status and Platform Health explained

With WPEP 1.9 Phoenix System Status was introduced.

System Status gives you an overview of the current state of your Learning Platform and the power to immediately spot & fix issues with a single click.

To view the WPEP system status information, go to WPEP > Platform Health. (This tab contains all the information that was in the previous system report.)

I. Understanding the System Status & Platform Health

Green – Everything is working correctly
Blue – Everything could be working correctly
Red – There’s an issue that needs to be resolved.

The System Status gives you an at a glance overview over:

II. Platform Health

Monitors the most common issues and gives you the power to fix them immediately yourself. Each one of the following elements contained in the Platform Health Tab has a button on the right-hand side. If the status of the element is red, just click on the button to resolve the issue yourself.

  • Database Table Integrity – solve any common database issues with 1 click
  • User Roles – solve any common user roles issues with 1 click
  • Rewrite Rules ( Post Permalinks ) – Reset the Permalinks with 1 click
  • Cron jobs – when cron jobs in WordPress are triggered, you’ll see a notification and a Learn More button.
  • Custom Post Permalink Slugs – Informs you if this setting is used
  • Custom CSS Delivered by File: Informs you if this setting is active
  • Deliver Course Content by Filtering: Informs you if this setting is active
  • User Public Profiles – Informs you if this feature is active & solve any common issues with 1 click
  • Course Assessments – Informs you if this feature is active
  • Course Timing Options – Informs you if this feature is active

III.WordPress Environment

Gives you general details about your WordPress Installation.

If anything is red in this section, please contact your hosting company and tell them what the issue is. When the issue is resolved, it will turn green.

IV. Server Environment

Gives you an overview of the most important settings of your Server.

If anything is red in this section, please contact your hosting company and tell them what the issue is. When the issue is resolved, it will turn green.

V. Database Environment

Gives you an overview of the current condition of your database

VI. WPEP Role List Status

Gives you an overview over which User Role is working and which one is not

VII. WPEP Settings

Gives you an overview over all the most important settings that you made on your WPEP

VIII. WPEP Post Types Settings

Gives you an overview over all the Content you created using WPEP

IX. WPEP User Course Data

Gives you an overview over all the consumed WPEP Content

X. Active Plugins

Gives you an overview over all your active Plugins you installed on your WordPress

XI. Inactive Plugins

(Gives you an overview over all your inactive Plugins you installed on your WordPress)
